Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal and iDEAL (Netherlands) payments.
All payments are processed in Euros through our designated payment provider and are accepted upon order confirmation.
Shipping
Shipping Rates and Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight of the order and the destination country. These costs do not include customs and/ or any local duties that you might incur upon delivery. Unfortunately, since these costs usually vary from country to country, we cannot advise on them.
Shipping Method and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide.
- Shipping locally in Netherlands with PostNL
- Shipping internationally with DHL Express
All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.
- Orders with available items — in stock — are shipped within 7 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a local holiday. In that case, it would be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.
- For shipping the on-demand items — made-to-order — please allow up to 3 weeks for crafting and shipping from the day the order is placed. As the product will be produced especially for you, we cannot accelerate this process to send it at an earlier date.
All international orders are shipped through DHL Express.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the order details and a tracking number to follow your order on its way to you. Delivery times may take up to 14 business days to arrive depending on the destination country.
Exchange and Refund Policy
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. You can contact us for an exchange or for a refund on store credit. Items should still be in their original packaging and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please send us a message through the form below or by email, informing us about your reason of return or exchange. Do not forget to add the following information:
- Your order number
- Your name
In the case that you receive a damaged item, we ask that you email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for the exchange. We ask that you preserve the item in its original packaging to be returned. Once the item is back with us we will inspect it and contact you for an exchange or for a refund on store credit.
Custom made and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Nevertheless, we always want you to be completely satisfied with your item so we can always discuss and adjust minor changes like ring size or necklace length.
Kindly acknowledge that due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, no two pieces are identical. Each item is unique in it’s own way and that also means that no one else will have the same piece as you! We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match to the product as displayed on your screen. You may notice some minor differences between the image and your product, which is completely normal with handcrafted items.
